Terms of Use
Working draft: this text has not yet been legally validated, and items marked “To complete” are still to be provided.
These terms apply to the Olea app, published by Louis LECLERC, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), trading as Studio SIT. By using it, you accept them.
The service
Olea helps you take a moment with God each day through Bible reading and prayer. The complete Bible, search, your verses and free prayer are free. Olea Premium adds a reading chosen for you and a time of prayer each day, your rhythm, your progress and your Olea’s growth.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google and remain responsible for access to your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
Olea Premium subscription
- The subscription is purchased and billed by Apple, on your Apple account.
- The price, currency and duration are shown in the app before purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
- A free trial applies only if it is shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple.
- Deleting your Olea account does not cancel your Apple subscription: you must cancel it separately.
Bible texts
Bible versions come from the sources listed on the Bible licenses page, each under its own license.
Use
Olea, its illustrations and its interface remain the property of their publisher. You agree not to disrupt the service or try to access other people’s data.
Availability and changes
We may change the app and these terms. The service may be interrupted, especially for maintenance. We will let you know about any significant change.
